Bullying is any behaviour which has the conscious desire to frighten, threaten or hurt someone else, the effects of which could be physical or psychological.

Turton High School Media Arts College believes that pupils should learn in a supportive, caring and safe environment without fear of being bullied. Bullying is anti-social behaviour and affects everyone; it is unacceptable and will not be tolerated.
